In this presentation, Dr Melissa Curley, Senior Lecturer of International Relations at The University of Queensland will draw upon recent research on the introduction of the 2015 Law on Associations and Non-governmental Organisations in Cambodia ("NGO Law") from 2011-2017 and explores its connection to the "rule of law' concept.
