Simon Free is a former school teacher and head of department. Simon has an MBA and was Manager of Performance and Productivity (data manager) at Suncorp. Simon currently owns and manages Edutech company ClassCoach which is focused on effective use of data within schools.

Dr Katie Weir is a former school teacher and head of department. Katie is currently a Senior Lecturer in the School of Education and Professional Studies at Griffith University and specialises in educational assessment and curriculum.
