Find out how you can design social interventions using social marketing principles.

Formative research is a crucial step in the social marketing process, enabling researchers to gain insights into the problem behaviours and/or environment they are seeking to change.

Multistream formative research employing qualitative research methods are particularly useful for gaining deeper behavioural insights that can inform effective social marketing program design.

This seminar will demonstrate how to conduct and synthesize multistream formative research to design and execute social marketing interventions that aim to address complex social problems.
