Join Former World Champion Swimmer and Commonwealth Games medalist Jade Edmistone in a free mindfulness pool meditation session as part of University Mental Health and Wellbeing Week. This free event is dedicated to developing the mind and body, in and out of the water. Jade, an advocate for mental health, will give you an insight into thriving in life with Bipolar Disorder followed by an engaging mindfulness water session. Bring your swimmers and a towel (cap/googles optional).
