First of two hands on workshops
Session 1: For HASS HDR candidates and researchers, teaching fundamental data wrangling and preparation skills using open source tool Open Refine.
On completion of this workshop, participants should be able to:
•explore data through facets and filters
• implement tidy data principles
•clean, organise, and prepare data for analysis
•use basic features of OpenRefine
•extract and reuse a reproducible script to repeat processing on similar data

The Advanced session will be held on February 11 at Nathan campus.
