Building the Positive Workshop

Our world has been turned upside down with the implications of COVID-19 bringing new stressors into our lives. Join Griffith alumnus and Dean Academic for the Griffith University Health Group, Professor Analise O'Donovan to connect with her, and fellow alumni, in an intimate workshop that reminds us of what is positive, and how we can maintain balance during this challenging time and into the future.

Start your day the right way with Professor O'Donovan, as she provides an overview of some central tenants of positive psychology, with a focus on the differences between positive vs negative emotions and the benefits of positive emotions in our lives.

There will be an opportunity for participants to practice skills in gratitude and kindness, two areas which can make a positive difference to our lives.

Places for this free workshop are extremely limited with only 40 spots available. Ticket price will support struggling students through the Student Bursary. Register now to secure your place.
