Tegan Acton is currently working within the Department of Education Queensland's diversity, culture and engagement team to build and implement the new LGBTIQ+ employee inclusion strategy. Her extensive Human Resource background has provided her with the ability to look at cultural change in inclusion and diversity as a business imperative. She is passionate, driven and excited about the opportunity to build an inclusive culture where employees can bring their whole selves to work and the youth of Queensland can see positive role models every day.
