Educational Leaders Workshop: Developing a Positive School Identity

Principal speaker

Mr Andrew Peach, Executive Principal, Marsden State High School

Andrew will outline the approach he has taken to building the positive perception of Marsden SHS within and beyond his school community. Participants can expect to learn about the use of clear purpose, vision and values statements, and how they can be incorporated into daily school life in your own setting. Andrew will discuss the strategies he has utilised to increase local community confidence and grow the student population by more than 1000 students in six years. He will share the key ingredients to developing a successful school culture and will challenge participants to explore ways that they can make this approach work in their own setting in 2021.
