Supporting Student-Mothers - Workshop 3: Time Management, Goal-Setting, and Prioritisation in a Remote/Hybrid Context

Principal speaker

Mrs Afrouz Shoghi

This workshop is the third of five workshops organised as part of the "Supporting Student-Mothers: A Work-Life Program". We invite student-mothers and mothers-to-be, as well as anyone who has interest in this topic to attend this online workshop.

In this workshop, Mrs. Afrouz Shoghi will draw on her extensive work experience and research to share how you can manage your time, set goals, and prioritise more effectively in a remote/hybrid working and learning environment.

Focal points of workshop:

1) What has changed in the remote/hybrid working and learning context? The pros and cons and what this means for you in setting meaningful boundaries.
2) How to prioritise and manage time in a remote/hybrid working and learning context? Understanding how to manage peak performance and focus to maximise your time.
3) How to set goals and create "small wins" while managing multiple roles? Establishing clear expectations in managing work and life in a way that is realistic for you.
