Dr Emma Barnes
This hands-on, stepwise workshop assists researchers in planning for the generation, identification, evidencing and communication of their research impact outside of academia; that is, the beneficial changes their research may have on societies, environments, economies, health, and/or culture. Participants will draft a research impact plan on their own research project/program during the workshop.
Research impact is increasingly becoming important across grant and promotion applications, government evaluations and for stakeholder engagement - having a plan facilitates both the generation and communication of research impact.
Please note: Due to its interactive nature, this session WILL NOT be recorded, and registrants are encouraged to attend the session when it is delivered.
This session is for current Griffith University staff and students only.
