This workshop will give you an overview on how to use the engagement tools in the new Echo360 Active Learning Platform to increase active learning and student engagement.

Overview

Are you looking to increase student engagement within your course? What about putting the 'active' back into active learning? This workshop will give you a background in how to use the engagement tools available in the Echo360 Active Learning Platform. More than just lecture capture you will learn about the:

  • interactivity slides
  • question and answer options
  • confusion flag
  • student study guide
  • analytics

Outcomes

At the end of this course you will have an understanding around:

  • what each of the features are and how to use them
  • how to upload presentations into the platform
  • how you can use the platform for guage prior knowledge of your students
  • what steps to take next to get up and running with using the platform in your teaching
