Circumstances around the COVID-19 pandemic temporarily limits the Official Letter options to digital format only. The official letters will be prepared on University letterhead and emailed to the email address used for your GriffithPAY login. If you are not signed in, you will be able to provide your email address during the checkout.  

If requesting multiple letters that require postage DO NOT USE QTY BUTTON. Choose your letter, add one postage then add to cart. Continue shopping and choose your next letter without any postage then add to cart.

Official letters can be requested for:
1. proof of enrolment
2. expected completion date of your current program
3. your eligibility to graduate (only available if you are enrolled in the final 40CP of your degree)
4. confirmation of your completion date (graduation)
5. exemption from jury duty.

Official letters have a 5 working day turnaround time. 
Please ensure that the relevant grades have been released prior to ordering Official Letters confirming graduation. Order will be processed on a daily basis and will reflect the academic records as stated on that day.
