I have read and understood the admission and audition requirements for the program(s) offered by the Queensland Academy of Excellence in Musical Theatre Griffith University. Audition registration payments are made online. I understand that if I cancel or do not attend the audition(s) for any reason other than certified medical grounds, it will result in the forfeit of audition fees paid. Cancellations on medical grounds are subject to the provision of a medical certificate. Audition fees will be refunded on presentation of a medical certificate. Queensland Academy of Excellence in Musical Theatre reserves the right to alter details of the Audition schedule including specialist staffing allocations at any time. Prices listed on the web and within promotional materials are inclusive of GST. Griffith University collects, stores and uses personal information only for the purposes of administering student and prospective student admission, enrolment, and education.
