Drawing Class with Natalie Lavelle - A Fine and Uncertain Line $20

Wednesday 17 November 2021, 6pm – 8.30pm

In this conceptual drawing class, Queensland College of Art alum Natalie Lavelle will ask participants to consider where the pictorial diverges from the physical, and where they convene. Participants will be instructed in how to identify the gap between a shape’s physical attributes and pictorial qualities as perceived by the viewer, explore the line between pictorial illusion and physical embodiment and respond to art, space and architecture by testing the boundaries between their pictorial and physical capacities.
