EDOC series of conferences were established to address a wide range of enterprise related concerns when building distributed systems such as the objectives, business rules and policies that need to be supported by the system. Due to COVID19 situation and the closure of Australian borders, EDOC 2021 (https://ieee-edoc.org/2021/) main conference will be held virtually and EDOC 2021 workshops, demo sessions and doctoral consortium will be run in hybrid mode, with national face to face attendees and virtual international participation. All accepted papers for the Main Conference/Workshop/Doctoral Consortium/Demo are required to be registered by the deadline to be included in the IEEE main conference/ workshop proceedings. For the main conference, the registration deadline is 8 September, 2021. For workshop/Doctoral Consortium/Demo paper, the registration deadline is 27 September 2021. Each accepted workshop proceedings paper must be covered by a separate registration.

The author registration fees for Workshop/Doctoral Consortium/Demo (excl. GST) are:
- $200 + GST = $220 AUD/paper (IEEE Life Member)
- $300 + GST = $330 AUD/paper (IEEE Member)
- $360 + GST = $396 AUD/paper (non-IEEE Member)
- $200 + GST = $220  AUD/paper (Student IEEE Member)
- $250 + GST = $275 AUD/paper (Student Non-Member)

Note that the maximum page length for a paper is 10 pages. Extra overlength charge is $100 AUD/page (2 extra page is allowed).
Student registration must be accompanied by a proof of student status (i.e., a letter from Head of School where the student is enrolled should be emailed to: edoc2021@griffith.edu.au. Please indicate the paper ID covered by the registration)
