Hundreds of the best young musos to hit South Bank

More than 750 of the finest teenage musicians from across Queensland will descend on South Bank during the school holidays for Queensland Conservatorium’s SHEP 2013 (State Honours Ensemble Program).

1,400 students were nominated by high school music departments across the State, with 760 of the best and brightest chosen to represent their schools (state, private and distance education).

Running October 3 – 6, participants will work alongside international and national conductors and ten American exchange students. It will culminate in four public gala concerts on Sunday 6 October.
