Top Tips from the ATO

The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) have created a bunch of online services to help you manage your finances.

The ATO’s top three tips are to get a Tax File Number (TFN) if you haven’t already, toregister for myGov(the fastest way to access government services online) and then link your myGov account to the ATO, and to download the ATO app. You can download the app for free from Google Play, Windows Phone Store or the Apple App Storeto help you keep track of your expenses and deductions.

The ATO have also made it easier to view, manage and pay your HELP debt online.
