Queensland College of Art lecturer Natalya Hughes took out top honours at the Sunshine Coast Art Prize, for a stunning abstract work celebrating the female form.
Queensland College of Art alumnus Madeleine Kelly has won the $25,000 Sunshine Coast Art Prize for her stunning abstract work, Allowable Forms and Unconscious Facts. The Sunshine Coast Art Prize is a national contemporary acquisitive award presented by Sunshine Coast Council. The award is open to any artist who is an Australian resident, working in a 2D medium.
