The Penalty Infringement Notice (PIN) Withdrawal Request form allows you to request a withdrawal of an infringement notice where you can demonstrate one of the following occurred at the time offence:
- Your vehicle broke down and you were unable to move it to a legal position
- You were involved in a medical emergency
- You were issued an infringement notice as the registered owner of a vehicle, that at the time of the offence the vehicle had been stolen, or was under the (permitted) control of another person. (Statutory declaration is required)
- Parking signs had been removed or damaged (photographic evidence is required)
- You were issued the infringement notice in error
You will be notified of the decision within 15 working days of lodging your dispute.
Simply enter the infringement Number from your infringement notice and your vehicle registration below.
Be aware that after 30 minutes of inactivity, your session will time out and all your information will be lost.
