LFC Seminar: Punishment of Transition
Research on international penal practices has received limited attention and there has not been a comprehensive study into the role of individuals tried and punished by international criminal tribunals in local transitional justice-measures which seek to redress legacies of massive human rights abuse. Associate Professor Barbora Hola (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam) will discuss the ARC Discovery Grant she has been developing with Griffith Law School's Dr Olivera Simic to fill this gap.
