Strategic Planning or Strategic Thinking? Strategy, an event or a process or something else? Going beyond the glossy brochure, although we have some of these, this workshop explores the notion of Strategy in a practical way, drawing on the experience of two experienced Principals and what they have learned as they moved into and then developed schools in different settings. Big questions will drive the discussion, linking to other leaders' thinking about strategy and culminating in an opportunity to apply sections of this learning conversation.
This session is designed for School Leaders and Aspiring School Leaders who want to challenge their thinking, get out of the daily rut and make a real difference for the people in their schools.
