Q. How do I create an account ?
A. Griffith students and staff can sign in using their Griffith Id and external customers can simply register.


Q. I don't have a credit card.
A. Griffithpay will accept all visa and mastercards (credit & debit).


Q. It says that I am already registered
A. An account has previously been created by you. Simply sign in with your email and previous password.


Q. The price shows $0
A. There will be a variety of price options for you to choose from for that product.

Q. My International card will not work on Griffithpay.

A. Griffithpay will accept Visa and Mastercards only. (credit or debit). If your International card does not convert to AUD then your payment will not be processed.

Q. I would like to place my product or service on the Griffithpay site.

A. Email the Administrator griffithpay@griffith.edu.au and you will be sent a Request Form to complete or you can find this request form on the Griffith Finance website.
