Meta-analysis 3 - Qualitative Literature Review Towards Meta-analysis

We describe a qualitative approach, involving both a within-study and between-study literature analysis, which examines conceptual and theoretical frameworks, methods and results. We examine how qualitative reviews help researchers to appraise the quality of studies in terms of robustness and relevance to local context. This information can inform inclusion and/or weighting of studies for MA.
