Associate Professor Julia Carins
This seminar will cover research led by A/Prof Julia Carins and her colleagues that takes a proactive view of improving dietary behaviour for individual benefit and organisational advantage. This includes emphasising the many ways diet is essential for individual health and performance, identifying ways dietary behaviour can be improved in an organisational setting, and going beyond to understand how dietary improvement can generate value and positive impact for an organisation. Together this research positions proactive action to establish healthy dietary patterns early in the career as cost-effective compared to the costs of remediating action.RSVP on or before Tuesday 22 August 2023 17.44 pm, via https://social-marketing-griffith.link/GU-julia-carins
