King and Wood Mallesons First Nations Art Award 2023
The King & Wood Mallesons First Nations Art Award is a biennial competition that supports, showcases, and celebrates the highest standard of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art practice in Australia. Opening from 14 September to 14 October at Griffith University Art Museum, the Award will be held for the first time in Brisbane in 2023.Griffith University Art Museum is open Tuesdays - Saturdays, 11am - 4pm.

The Echo You Can See is a solo exhibition by Grffith HDR candidate Nina White. Bringing together hoarded language from scholarship, pop culture, news media, advertising, and politics this exhibition shares a novel and overtly bias archive which highlights the tropes of family which obscure the complex, nuanced and subjective experiences we are familiar with.
